Data Structure holding address information

Fields:
  city - The city the address is for
  country - The country. Will be 'null' for US.
  latitude - Longitude location of the address.  Will be 0 if not known.
  longitude - Latitude location of the address.  Will be 0 if not known.
  postalCode - The postal code.
  street1 - The street address.
  street2 - Optional address information.
  phone - The phone for the address
  name - The location name for the address
  website - The website url for the address
